Structural characteristics
- Structure: this machine is 3-phase horizontal screw discharge sedimental centrifuge. It consists of the drum, big and small end cover shaft, screw, gearbox, base, hood, vibration absorber, etc. Under the centrifugal force, the liquid-liquid-solid separation will be realized continuously.
- Discharging type: the dewatered solid cake is pushed out of the drum by the discharging screw, and fall under the gravity. The separated light liquid phase and heavy liquid phase is discharged from the drum under centrifugal force, and then discharge under gravity.
- Adopt big length-diameter ratio and high rotating speed. Big length-diameter ratio can prolong the time of clarifying and dewatering. High rotating speed has large centrifugal force field, which can improve the separating effect.
- The adjustable wire plate is installed at the big end of the dru m, to adjust the liquid depth of the liquid layer inside the drum, and ensure the separating effect.
- Adopt double variable frequency start, the drum can be controlled steplessly.
- We use SKF brand for the main bearing, and adopt high quality grease for lubrication.
- Wearable technology: replaceable wearable hard alloy sleeve is mounted at the solid discharging port, to improve the durability, and prolong the service life.
- Drum and big and small end cover shaft is DSS2205, screw is anti-corrosion SS316 with hight quality.
- Precise dynamic balance check is done to the drum and screw, that makes less vibration, so that the machine can work for a long time. The operation is safe and reliable.
