Description:

Xinhai high weir spiral classifier is a new type of high weir classifier designed by Yantai Xinhai Mining Machinery Co., Ltd. with world advanced technologies. High weir spiral classifiercan be divided into high weir single-spiral classifier and high weir double-spiral classifier. With Xinhaiabrasion resistant rubber liner, energy-saving and high efficiency, it is suitable for classification of coarse particles.

Applications:

The high wire spiral classifier is applied in the classification of ore with particle size 0.83-0.15mm

Principle:

Xinhai high weir spiral classifierfeeds the fine pulp from the center of settling area. Considering the different size and proportion of solids, the fall velocity in the liquid is also different, so fine particles are suspended to be overflowed. Coarse particles precipitate down to tank bottom and are discharged via discharge opening.
